Designed to suit people who want to deepen their knowledge and use of extra virgin olive oil.  A complete meal, comprising starter, first course, second course and dessert, will be prepared in each cooking class

Friday

Mattinata: Check-in

  • 13.30 lunch at the Ulivo Rosso restaurant
  • relax
  • 16.30- 19.30 cooking class in our kitchen
  • 19.30 tasting session of the best extra virgin olive oils from Tuscany and Liguria
  • 20.30 dinner…all together, to sample the dishes prepared during the cooking class

Saturday

  • 8.00- 9.00 breakfast
  • 9.30 departure for the agricultural farm …..
  •  9.00 visit to the oil press with the possibility to assist in the crushing process [ extra virgin olive oil ]
  • 12.30 lunch at the farm, typical Tuscan cooking
  • 15.00 return to school
  • 17.30 cooking class in our kitchen
  • 20.30 dinner [ extra virgin olive oil ] …all together, to sample the dishes prepared during the cooking class

Sunday

  • 8.00 – 10.00 breakfast
  • relax
  • 12.30 tasting session of wines from Tuscany and Liguria at the Ulivo Rosso wine cellars
  • Afternoon: Departure
