Check-in: Friday  before lunch - Departure: Sunday after lunch

Designed to suit people who want to deepen their knowledge and use of an unusual typical product, truffles.  A complete meal, comprising starter, first course, second course and dessert, will be prepared in each cooking class

With the collaboration of the ‘Associazione Tartufai Colline Sanminiatesi‘ we have been able to develop a programme which will indulge even the most passionate of truffle enthusiasts.  This package includes an entire day dedicated to the famous tuber, in a breathtaking location.  These courses are offered in September and October, for the prized white truffle, and March and April for the  ‘marzuolo’, or ‘bianchetto’, variety and require a minimum number of participants.

  • 13.30 lunch at the Ulivo Rosso restaurant
  • relax
  • 16.00 - 20.00 cooking class in our kitchen
  • 19.30 tasting session of the best extra virgin olive oils from Tuscany and Liguria
  • 20.30 dinner…all together, to sample the dishes prepared during the cooking class


  • 7.30- 8.30  breakfast
  • 8.45   departure for San Miniato
  • 10.00 cooking class:  in the kitchens of the famous Seminary of San Miniato, we will create  dishes using the highest quality truffles 
  • 13.00 lunch in the Refectory of the Seminary where we will sample the truffle-based dishes prepared during the cooking class
  • 15.00 truffle collection with experts from the ‘Associazione Tartufai Colline Sanminiatesi’ and their famous dogs
  • 20.30 dinner at Ulivo Rosso restaurant
