Check-in: Friday before lunch - Departure: Sunday after lunch
Designed to suit people who want to deepen their knowledge and use of extra virgin olive oil. A complete meal, comprising starter, first course, second course and dessert, will be prepared in each cooking class

Morning: Check-in
- 13.30 lunch at the Ulivo Rosso restaurant
- relax
- 16.00 - 20.00 cooking class in our kitchen
- 19.30 tasting session of the best extra virgin olive oils from Tuscany and Liguria
- 20.30 dinner…all together, to sample the dishes prepared during the cooking class
Saturday
- 8.00- 9.00 breakfast
- 9.30 departure for the agricultural farm …..
- 9.00 visit to the oil press with the possibility to assist in the crushing process
- 12.30 lunch at the farm, typical Tuscan cooking
- 15.00 return to school
- 16.00 - 20.00 cooking class in our kitchen
- 20.30 dinner…all together, to sample the dishes prepared during the cooking class

- 8.00 – 10.00 breakfast
- relax
- 12.30 lunch and tasting session of wines from Tuscany and Liguria at the Ulivo Rosso wine cellars
- Afternoon: Departure
